More insurers are starting
to offer a no claims discount for ex company car drivers with a clean
no claims history, we found the following insurance companies offereing
transfered no claims bonus from a company car policy to a private car
insurance policy; Adrian

insurance, Yes insurance
and Endsleigh.
Usually a letter from your
employer stating; how long the Regular Driver was insured with the company,
full details of accident, claims and loss history and confirmation that
the Regular Driver had sole use of the vehicle including personal usage.
Sometimes a letter from the company car insurers will be required, especially
if you were self employed in your own company or worked in a family
company. The following may be excluded from recieving a company car
driver no claims discount; a taxi, an agricultural vehicle, an MoD (Ministry
of Defence) Vehicle, or any type of van, irrespective of size and weight.
